Lloyd Sanderlin & John Sanderlin Claim the Top Spot! Tidewater Perquimans River, NC Mar 8, 2026 22.36 lbs!

We found out today why a lot of guys don’t listen to dock talk. Everyone I talked to this week mentioned how tough the fishing had been. Well either guys were sandbagging or I need to get my ears checked cause the weights didn’t reflect what I was hearing!

Three 22lbs bags and another five 17lb bags sound help to make up the $ winners today!

Leading the way today with a first-place finish and a total payday of $2780.00 was the team of Lloyd and John Sanderlin with a 22.36lb bag anchored by a 7.35 big fish for the day!

A very close second place finish was had by Kevin and Tyler Jones with 22.11lbs anchored by another lunker weighing 7.22 earning them a $825 check.

Following them up with the 22lb and 7lb big fish theme of the day was the team of Holden Northcott and Austin Hughes with 21.83 lbs and a 7.18 big fish.

Rounding out the $ winners were

5th JA Williford and Brandon Overton 17.29lbs

6th Derek Goodman and Chad Chappell 17.21lbs
