The CATT Tidewater division fished its fourth tournament of the year on the Chowan River today. To say it was HOT would be a Understatement. The weather wasn’t the only hot thing on the river today. Russell Gammon was on fire bringing 19.40 lbs to the scales along with the big fish of the day weighing a healthy 6.66 lbs. Russell took home a grand total of $1850 for the win!! Joe Glazebrook and Jeremy Gatewood brought a very nice bag of fish to the scales weighing 17.29 lbs earning themselves a $550 payday. Mike Evans and Brian Cooper weighed 16.58lbs for third place. Mike Chlomoudis and Powell Kemp had a 16.31 lb bag for fourth place. Mark London and Matt Jennings finished out the paying spots with 13.81 lbs to earn a fifth place finish. Thanks again to everyone who came out to brave the heat. Our next tournament will be August 28th on the Pasquotank River
